These last couple of days, I've been messaging back and forth between a couple of friends, and I had an inspiring two hour conversation with my Dad at dinner last night. We've all been philosophizing and bouncing ideas off one another. I'm challenged and enlivened. Thank you, friends. I feel my creativity renewed because of this.


I'm quite motivated to use this momentum to advance my jewelry designs. There are so many mediums I want to try, but since I have vowed not to spend any more money, this makes things a little tricky for me. This minor limitation is reminiscent of my days in art school when I was given an assignment to use found objects to make art. Only, I'll just use the craft materials that I have already. So it's more like, collected mixed media art, or collage jewelry, or something. This exercise should help to expand my creativity, not to hinder it. It's a challenge, and I can meet it!
